What Is Services Ready?
Services Ready is a partner empowerment program developed by Microsoft’s Enterprise Services group. It enables Gold Certified Partners to leverage Microsoft Services’ expertise to achieve scale in their local market. Equally important, it provides transparency and predictability when working with Microsoft to accelerate solution deployment opportunities.
Services Ready has the most current product, sales, and delivery experience, field-tested by Microsoft Services. We are committed to Services Ready Partner enablement through knowledge transfer and guidance. The Services Ready partner designation and logo give partners a unique sales and marketing advantage.
This program addresses the following specific business needs:

Services Ready shares field-tested methodology and best practices from Microsoft Services to help reduce risk and bring efficiency and consistency to technology planning and deployment.
“I know that leveraging Microsoft technology offerings can help my business succeed. I want effective training and guidance from Microsoft Services to quickly deliver high-quality engagements.”
Services Ready training on the technology and delivery of the offerings is provided as part of the program. This is accomplished through a combination of on-site, remote, and online training sessions.
“I am looking for reassurance of long term success – of real and sustainable impact. I want to have clear rules of engagement with Microsoft Services.”
Services Ready establishes a clear Engagement Framework between Microsoft Consulting Services and partners. A Services Partner Lead is assigned to each geographic area to facilitate communication and support a clear, transparent, and mutually beneficial working environment between Microsoft and Services Ready Partners.

Services Ready provides differentiated branding through the use of a Services Ready Logo. This logo aligns with the Microsoft Partner Network competency model for partners achieving the requirements of the program.
